Navigation station and chart table

Libertad has a Furuno GPS plotter integrated to the autopilot, DSC VHF radio, AIS engine and to electronic navigation applications.  A comprehensive set of paper charts and manual navigation tools are also carried on board.

The Furuno RADAR serviced in July 2008 has a 16 mile range coupled with watchman and guard area capabilities.

Libertad also has a Navtex receiver to ensure we always have the most up to date and relevant weather information.

On the lighter side, there is a 6-speaker CD/radio system for news, weather and entertainment.
